Our pumpkin beer was racked this week to the secondary. There was about 3-4 inches of trub on the bottom. But it smelled so good! In the background is the Applefire Cider still in the primary. That one
was done the same week, however, that needs alot more time to ferment due to the yeast we used and the nature of the cider itself. Next week we move on to our Copper Road Ale! That one is more hoppy and has more flavor than some of these others, while not quite being an IPA, its leaning more in that direction.
